Yesterday the travel agent in Cambridge, Caraline, discovered all the Passports and Visas for the RATA teachers going to Ghana had been stolen from the agencies safe. If you are the praying sort please pray for Caraline as she tries to sort out this huge problem. These teachers leave in 17 days time.
This does not effect me, as I am not going to Ghana. However, there are teachers who are going to both Ghana and Cape Town. Our Cape Flat team needs their support to help run the two day Conference.
Three schools (with untrained teachers) in Ghana are excitedly awaiting the RATA teachers arrival...
Update - it has been reported two men were spotted running away from the Travel Agents in Cambridge last night. The passports have NOT been found, so the process of getting new Passports, and then sending them on to Canberra to get the Visas for Ghana has started tonight. These things need to happen quickly for the team to leave on time
